The BOSS® REVOLT taps into your vehicle’s existing drivetrain to produce 6.0 kW of pure sine wave AC power — no separate generator engine, no battery bank to maintain. Park, engage the power switch just like any PTO application, and you’re ready to run power tools, welders, HVAC equipment, or sensitive electronics. Compact at only 88 lbs, it fits inside the vehicle without consuming cargo space.
How Revolt Works
6.0kW of Pure Power When You Need it
The system includes a custom-built alternator powered through a patent pending, high-performance invertor and then distributed through the BOSS Revolt 3-phase Power Panel. The power distribution panel consists of a 20-amp/240v twist connection, a 30-amp/120v twist connection and a 20-amp 115v outlet. Other configurations are available.

This compact design and ease of portability or storage, utilizes a 120A @ 100% DC current, which will result in an amazing weld. The BOSS ARC 160 Featuries an adjustable arc current for improving the arc-starting function. Great for welding with different kinds of acid or basic electrode.
