Compact Titan E-Z Lift (12VDC Electric)
The Compact Titan E-Z Lift is a 12VDC electric tool lift engineered to raise and lower heavy compressor systems and toolboxes on service trucks without manual lifting. Powered directly from your truck's 12-volt electrical system, the Compact Titan delivers smooth, controlled lifting in a space-saving footprint — ideal for upfitters and fleets where full-size lift systems won't fit, while reducing operator fatigue and injury risk.
Air hammers, rock drills, and tampers can be the heaviest items at the jobsite. Loading and unloading them onto the vehicle is strenuous and often leads to injuries. The BOSS® Titan Compact EZ-Lift eliminates those concerns by doing the work for you.
The Titan Compact EZ-Lift stows your tools safely in a utility or van body 40” cabinet between jobsites. The Titan Compact EZ-Lift will hold up to three air tools and will raise and lower them from the vehicle to the ground as needed. The unit is a fully self-contained, all electric drive system with built-in safety features to prevent accidental or rapid movement while using 60% less amperage then the hydraulic equivalent.
Compact design requires minimum space and can be mounted on the deck or in a cabinet. Customized tool plates are available to meet your application requirements.
Standards
Quantity of one (1) Boss Titan E-Z Lift self contained electric-drive mechanical tool lift(s) to include the following as standard equipment:
- Boss electric linear actuator self-contained on mechanical lift assembly designed for lifting 300 Lbs. Capable of a 25.0-inch lift/drop from the mounting surface.
- One-year warranty on electric linear actuator and mechanical lift assembly.
- Linear actuator to include 12 VDC operation, ball detent overload clutch, IP65 protection rating, integral load holding brake, and built-in 30A circuit breaker.
- Operating parameters: Equal time on/off, 4 minutes maximum.
- Mechanical lift: 19.5 inches wide, 15.5 inches deep, and 37.00 inches tall, capable of holding three tools within the perimeter of the mechanical lift assembly.
- Two steel shanks for tool placement (state size required when placing
order.) and One Tool Bit Holder - Integral load holding brake will hold the lift and tools at any point in the lift movement.
- Electrical components to include: Raise/lower pendant for simplistic control.
- Safety devices to include: Overload clutch, safety chains for individual
tools, and necessary warning and information decals. - Operation, parts, and maintenance manual.
- Installed and tested by a factory authorized and trained distributor.
